How long is a 2-day team building retreat, actually?
Two working days with a night in between, built around your schedule rather than a fixed clock. We agree the start, the breaks and the finish with you on the consultation call, because a group flying in the night before needs a different running order from one driving out on the morning of day one.
What do two days give you that one day does not?
All four game categories instead of two, so nobody sits through an entire offsite in the one format that does not suit them. It also moves the facilitated debrief out of the last twenty minutes of a tiring day and gives it two days of material to work with, which is the part that connects the games back to how the team actually works.
Where do 2-day retreats run?
At a resort or an outdoor venue, because the format needs somewhere the team can also sleep and eat. Every category we run works indoors on a hall floor as well as outdoors on a lawn, so the venue needs open ground and a covered space rather than perfect weather.
Do you arrange the resort, food and stay as well?
Both ways happen. The games and the facilitation are always ours; the venue, rooms, food and transport can sit with us or with you, whichever you prefer. Tell us on the call and the quote reflects it. We also keep a list of resorts we have run programmes at, so you are not picking one blind.
What does a 2-day team building retreat cost?
It is quoted per programme rather than off a price list, because four things move it: how many people are coming, which venue you are staying at, where in India you are, and whether the rooms, food and transport are in our scope or yours. Send us those four answers and we will come back with a number.
