Arrival and the opener
The hardest part of any offsite is the first hour, when everyone is still standing with their own department. The opening game exists to break that up before anything else starts.
Full day · One team · Your venue or ours
A 1-day team building programme is the format most companies actually want: long enough to get past the awkward first hour, short enough that nobody has to book a hotel. We bring the games, the props, the music and the facilitators, and run the whole day — at your office, at a resort, or out in the open.

A day has room for two game categories instead of one, and — the part that makes it worth the day — a debrief with enough time left in it to matter. The running order below is the shape every programme follows. The exact timings are set with you on the call, because they move with group size, venue and how far people have travelled.
The hardest part of any offsite is the first hour, when everyone is still standing with their own department. The opening game exists to break that up before anything else starts.
The first of your two chosen categories, run at full volume while the group still has all its energy. Usually the loud one — Carnival Masti or Sports Carnival.
Lunch, and the part of the day where the actual mixing happens. Teams stay in their game groups, which is the whole reason people end up eating with someone from another floor.
Your second category, deliberately a different muscle from the first. A morning of noise pairs with an afternoon of puzzles, and the quiet people finally get their round.
One last round that decides it, then the sit-down. Our facilitators tie what happened in the games back to how the team actually works — who spoke, who didn't, what happened when the plan broke.

A full day runs two categories out of four. Tested with 100+ businesses and 10,000+ participants. Every one of them works indoors on a hall or cafeteria floor and outdoors on a lawn, so the day is not hostage to the weather or to the venue you managed to book.
Creativity with the brakes off. Find out who has been hiding a whole personality behind a spreadsheet.
Puzzles that look easy for about forty seconds. Built for the moment a team stops talking over each other and starts listening.
Coordination, chaos and a floor marked out in tape. The loudest twenty minutes of the day, reliably.
All the competition of a sports day, shrunk to fit the space you have — and rigged so the quietest person on the team decides it.

Fourteen years of full days for Ernst & Young, Reliance Industries, Aditya Birla, Accor Hotels, Club Mahindra Resorts, Idemitsu Lube India, Itochu Parekh and Arete Services. No two were quoted the same, and these are the four things that decided it.
The single biggest lever. It sets how many facilitators travel, how much kit comes with them, and whether the group runs as one or splits into parallel tracks.
Your own office or lawn costs nothing extra. A resort or an outdoor venue adds their bill to ours — we can work to a venue you have already picked, or point you at ones we have run at before.
We run projects pan India. Travel and logistics for the crew and the equipment are part of the quote, so a day in Delhi NCR and the same day in another state are not the same number.
Games and facilitation are always ours. Food, stay and transport can sit with you or with us. Tell us which on the call and the quote reflects it.
Planning the venue side too? We keep a list of resorts we have actually run programmes at, with what each one is good for. If a full day is more than you need, the same games run as a 2–4 hour in-office session; if you want the whole thing under the sky, see outdoor team building and offsites.
